NIGHT ON BROADWAY

From 2013-2016, Think Tank co-creative directed the Night on Broadway festival for the City of Los Angeles and since-disgraced Councilman Huizar. During our time as directors, the festival grew in attendance by over 900%, and the loss of the festival after Huizar’s scandal was a tragic blow to DTLA.

At one of the biggest events to ever take place in Los Angeles, Think Tank brought acts such as LA Chessboxing, Reggie Watts, Wilderbe, and Mac Sabbath to historic theatres along Broadway Ave, including the final show ever at Tower Theatre, which was the first in history to play a talking motion picture and is now preserved as a historic landmark by Apple.
