BLOODY GUMS: LA IS TRYING TO KILL ME
THINK TANK GALLERY & SHOWROOM OPENING

In 2019, after moving a few DTLA blocks down the street from the Fashion District to Skid Rowkyo, we began phased openings of our new Gallery & Showroom. While our time in the location was relatively short-lived, we were able to collaborate on a variety of stellar exhibitions, productions, and shoots.

To celebrate the Phase 2 opening of the Gallery portion of the new Think Tank, we teamed up Bloody Gums Collective to produce a followup to their LA Is Trying to Kill Me pop-up that originally launched inside of Drinkin’ Smokin’ & West Coastin.’ The remixed pop-up took over the entirety of Think Tank Gallery & Showroom this time around, and was sponsored by Lagunitas Brewing Co. Tommii Lim graced our building with a beautiful mural, and Phil America added a flag installation to our rooftop.
